  • If your item includes real butterfly specimens, avoid moisture and direct sunlight, and store with a mothball for long-term protection.

  • We accept customization for most handmade artworks — woodcarving pieces, specimen boxes, lanterns, and gift items.
  • Available custom options: size, color tone, carving details, butterfly type, charms, LED light color, engraving, and more.
  • After adding the item to cart, leave your customization notes in the Order Notes section or message us after checkout.
  • Production time: 7–15 days for regular handmade pieces, and 15–25 days for complex or large custom designs.
  • We can send a photo or video preview before shipping if required.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production begins.
