Made to Order – No Returns or Refunds

All of our products are handmade to order, which means each item is crafted individually after your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages or Issues

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@butterflykeep.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our handmade and personalized products, all items are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Any item reported after 48 hours of delivery
