Returns Policy

Made to Order – No Returns or Refunds

All of our products are handmade to order, which means each item is crafted individually after your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages or Issues

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@butterflykeep.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our handmade and personalized products, all items are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Items not in their original packaging
• Any item reported after 48 hours of delivery

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

⚠️ Please record an unboxing video upon receiving the package to prevent issues caused by rough handling during delivery. No video, no after-sales service.

Unboxing Instructions:

Record a 360-degree view of the package.

Clearly show the shipping label before opening.

Then proceed to unbox.

Additional Notes:

The newly made diorama may have a glue smell, which will dissipate over time.

For open display boxes, it’s recommended to store them with mothballs to prevent insects from chewing on them.

Avoid long-term exposure to moisture to prevent mold. Use desiccants during humid seasons.

Do not open in windy areas — the butterflies are fragile and may get blown apart.
